first lesson is free

I want every student to have the best possible experience, and that includes making sure this is the right decision. If you are a parent of a child who may want to learn piano, this is also a chance for you to try it out and make sure it’s the right decision for you.

  • One half-hour lesson at no charge, with no commitment for future lessons

  • If it seems like the right decision for you, I’ll work with you to find a time that’s convenient

lesson format

You can sign up for either half hour lessons or one hour lessons.

  • Half hour lessons are good for young children, or if you’re trying to squeeze this into a busy schedule.

  • Hour long lessons are a better option for older children or adults who are more serious about learning to play. The full hour will allow for a deeper exploration of specific skills and concepts.

single lesson, semester or full year?

You can sign up to pay for one lesson at a time, a full semester or a full year of lessons.

Single Lessons - Pay as you go, scheduling each lesson individually. Great when you’re not sure of your schedule, or when you simply would rather not pay in advance.

Semester or Full Year - Pay in advance, and lock in your spot in the weekly schedule. These work great if you know your schedule, and are ready to commit for a longer period of time (and when you want a discount!). It works as a block of lessons charged at a lower rate, so you can start any time of year, but most prefer to start in the Fall, Spring or Summer. If you miss a lesson, it’s no problem - as long as you give me a day’s notice you can reschedule or make it up later in the year.
